The watches are, however, to the best of our knowledge, unworn. The manufacturer’s warranty will not be honored by these companies on the watches sold by Chronostore

AUTHENTICITY

Q: Are your watches Authentic?

A: Yes. Our watches are 100% authentic. All pre-owned watches undergo a careful inspection provided by Watch Facts. Chronostore Inc. guarantees against selling counterfeit, stolen, or fake watches. Please visit Guaranteed Authentic for more information.

Q: Are your watches brand-new or pre-owned?

A: Unless otherwise stated, the majority of our watches are pre-owned. Both our new and pre-owned watches are carefully inspected by our professional watchmakers for any defects, counterfeits or any damages there may be on the watch.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: We provide a 1 full-year warranty on our pre-owned watches and a 3 year warranty on our brand new watches. A certificate of authenticity and a warranty card will be shipped together with the order.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Q: How can I return the watch if I don't like it?

Q: Do you offer RMA?

A: Due to a low number of returns, we don't offer an RMA. Simply give us a call and we'll provide instructions.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

A: It may take 3-4 business days for the return to reach the Chronostore Fulfilment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, all returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, dustbags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, WATER DAMAGE OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN OR INCUR RESTOCKING FEES.

Q: Is it safe to purchase from your website?

A: Absolutely! Chronostore.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship to most countries. Please contact our customer support before purchasing if we do in fact ship to your country. Please visit our International Shipping page for more information.

Q: Do you charge duties and taxes for international orders?

A: Chronostore never charges duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Chronostore, Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York. If you are shipping to New York state, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: Chronostore.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfer for all orders.

Q: Why is my order being delayed?

A: 1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. 2. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?

A: Absolutely! Please note: If you choose to pay via your debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", which means that it will not be available to you. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

Q: Can I negotiate or do you do a price match?

A: Absolutely! We work with our customers to build long term relationships. If you see a watch you like, call us, and we will try to work with you on the price.
