All items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, with all original paperwork, boxes and any additional packaging.

Special Orders* Select items sold on Chronostore may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, or items that have been customized. All orders that are "Special Order" cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by the Chronostore staff via mail, fax or e-mail.
How to return or exchange an item:
We recommend using G4S for shipping via FED-EX or UPS. Please include the invoice and the reason for your return.
