The watch was a display model, with tags but no papers or case. I think they replaced the battery recently, because one of the back screws was loose. There was a tiny mark on the back of the case, but otherwise in great condition. The case is brushed and subtle, not too shiny. The second hand aligns almost perfectly with the tick marks, better than on my Mondaine essence . The discount price made it a good value for a quartz watch from this brand.
